Will Kumar
Will is an experienced property and planning professional and has worked in real estate for nearly two decades. He joined Sterlet in 2013 as planning director and became a partner in 2020, leading our planning and developing functions. He specialises in town planning, development and construction management, and has extensive experience in mixed-use, retail warehouse and regeneration projects. Will is adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, securing approvals and driving successful property transactions.
