Lucy joined Sterlet in 2021 to manage the operation and administrative functions of the office. She provides direct support to the three partners, managing their diaries and client interactions. She also supports the financial team, administering invoices, preparing payment instructions and drawdowns, and distributing rent demands. Lucy is also responsible for external operations, working closely with all managing agents across the portfolio and coordinating the preparation of legal documents.
